Eterna is well known for their Kontiki series, they have named these series to salute Thor Heyerdahl's expedition. He proved that with a simple hand made raft, he could travel across the Pacific Ocean to the French Polynesian chain of islands, 8000 km away in 1947. This is why Kontiki is a name that evoques adventures like we don't see any more today. The watch has been worn twice, comes with box and manual, watch is perfect, band is very nice and buckle has no scuffs.
