There are a lot of watches out there from Panerai that don't look different and the PAM 164 is way different with the Arabic numerals. The watch is extremely clean and original owner bought it with the rare bracelet for this model that normally comes on the Pam 299. The overall look is unique and stands out from the crowd. This is one of the later models with papers dated 2012.
