Patek Philippe watches range of models is very wide. The model offered is very special with its perfectly rectangular case and tear drop lugs. The watch has a repainted dial but was done at Patek along with a complete service, a new band and buckle installed as well maybe 10 years back. What you don't see in the pictures is the fact that the dial has small horns near each 5 minute marker and can be seen only when direct sunlight hits the dial.
