Patek Philippe made some very interesting models that don't appear special at first glance. The 3418 model features removable lugs and a mesh bracelet, a very unique feature for the time. The watch was delivered in 1959 to a Jeweller in Montreal although manufactured in 1957. This 3418 is the only one in a very long time that offers box, papers, extract for more details, full service, a new buckle, new leather band and original mesh bracelet. It is a true beauty and service result is beyond my expectations.
