There are rare watches and extremely rare ones, I personally believe that finding a 1940's watch, especially a Rolex with its original box and open paperwork in untouched, unmolested condition is simply near impossible. This watch has been purchased from the original family with its original cracked crystal. It has been serviced and needed no replacement part apart from the crystal. The watch comes with its original paperwork and box.
