There is no vintage Submariner on the market that is cheaper than this at the moment in 40mm. These watches are extremely nice and desirable overall with their vintage yet modern fabrication, Tudor extended their line-up until 1995 for these with plexi which was a very nice feature for the time. The watch was sadly polished not too long ago by a dealer to prepare it for sale but otherwise it it very original, from its dial, hands and Mk3 insert which alone in this condition is worh well over 1500 USD, and yes, the picture was taken on purpose with a off-center bezel just to attract your attention to it.
