Universal Geneve Micro Rotor American Gold Filled Case
This Universal Geneve is a perfect collection starter as it hides the famous Micro Rotor Cal 215 which has just been serviced. It is one of those hidden gems in the industry to have such a highly finished movements and still under rated. The watch was assembled in Canada/USA and case is American, this was usual in the 1950's as Americans were not allowed to own gold from 1933 until 1974 when Gerald Ford abolished this law. The case is still sharp and no de-plating except on the vintage crown which was left as-is. The movement was entirely serviced and works great.
