Universal Geneve watches are widely known for their classic timeless pieces, the Compax series and Polerouters. Very few of the 1940's watches have survived in near mint condition and am proud to offer an exceptional piece with near perfect dial and unmolested case. The watch was previously listed on the website, traded a few years back and recently re-acquired. The watch works well, with very few signs of wear including the pushers. The caseback snaps in place firmly and shows a single service signature. These watches are not water or air-tight, please keep in mind that they are prone to dust and humidity getting inside, hence the rare condition of this piece. I have seen hundreds of Compax watches and a majority have aged, damaged or have repainted dials.
